With a focus on feminism, digitalization, sustainability, and LGBTQIA+ rights, it promotes diversity, inclusion, and gender equality.
The Ceylon Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs is committed to strengthening communities by equipping women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to succeed in today’s evolving economy. Through training programmes, workshops, mentorship sessions, and awareness initiatives conducted across Sri Lanka, CCWE supports women entrepreneurs, youth, and community groups in areas such as business development, financial literacy, digital skills, leadership, sustainability, and market access. Our community-focused approach ensures that opportunities reach women from diverse backgrounds, including rural and underserved communities, creating pathways for inclusive growth, economic independence, and long-term social impact.
