THE LIABILITY OF MEMBERS IS LIMITED
Membership of the Ceylon Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs is built on trust, collaboration, and responsible governance. As an incorporated body, the liability of its members is limited in accordance with the applicable laws and governing regulations of Sri Lanka. This means that members are not personally responsible for the debts, obligations, or liabilities of the Chamber beyond any approved membership fees, subscriptions, or specific commitments formally agreed to by them.
This principle provides confidence and security to all members, enabling women entrepreneurs, associations, and partner organizations to participate actively in the Chamber’s work without undue personal financial risk. It also reflects modern standards of accountability, transparency, and good governance, ensuring that the Chamber can operate as a professional institution dedicated to empowering women in business across Sri Lanka.
By becoming a member, you join a respected national network committed to opportunity, advocacy, leadership, and sustainable economic growth within a framework that protects members while strengthening collective impact.
